- No cash on delivery for any type of order, please do not ask for it.
- No credit terms, we don’t offer loans.Â
- All exports are paid for 100% beforehand. No half-deposits allowed.Â
- For all exports, our terms are FOB either by air or sea and buyer is responsible for paying shipping company.Â
- We are not responsible for customs and such related costs in a foreign country.Â
- For smaller orders, all shipping costs are also borne by the buyer.Â
Refund Policy
At Fava Herb, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our no-refund policy carefully:

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not issue refunds for any reason related to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind after purchase. -
Goods Damaged in Transit
- If goods are damaged during transit, the buyer must file a claim directly with the logistics company responsible for delivery.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up with the logistics company to secure a refund or compensation for the damage.

Final Sale
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Once a client pays for their items and are not available to receive their goods, note that we do not offer storage services. We will charge KES 5000 for storage of goods less than 20 kilos in weight and this ensures the goods are stored for up to 30 days.Â

Dispatch Timing
- For orders within Nairobi and other parts of Kenya, dispatch is strictly made 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
- Kindly note, this is not within 24 hours but exactly after the stated duration.
- We do not allow pay-and-pick at this time at our office, this may be available at a later date once we have a physical store again.

Weekend Orders
- Payments made over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be treated as payments made on the following Monday, and dispatch timelines will apply accordingly.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this number to contact the shipping company or utilize any tracking tools they provide to monitor your order.
- Fava Herb is unable to track orders on behalf of clients due to the volume of customers we serve.

Delivery Coordination
- After dispatch, it is your responsibility to remain available for coordination with the delivery couriers.
- Any order returned to us by the delivery company due to failed delivery attempts will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery Costs
- We do not offer free delivery services. All delivery fees must be covered by the buyer.

- Choosing delivery methods outside of our approved options may result in additional convenience fees.
