We carefully vet our hard working vendors to ensure that the products they tirelessly work to bring out to you are honestly natural with non toxic additives where relevant. We are supporting small and medium enterprises within the region by ensuring that their products get access to both local and global markets. We are also making the sourcing of raw materials seemless by including vendors who are up for exporting large quantities of their locally made raw products such as beeswax,
cocoa butter, garlic, vanilla, shea butter, coffee, raw cocoa, and more.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item (damaged/broken container), please contact us with details of the product and the defect within 3 hours of receiving the item from us. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or not. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product
You can return the product with severely defective/broken packaging for an exchange. Note that defective packaging refers to a case where product has irretrievably spilled. If 3 hours or more have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange in any way whether the product is unopened/unused or opened/used. This is final.
Once a client pays for their items and are not available to receive their goods, note that we do not offer storage services. We will charge KES 5000 for storage of goods less than 100 kilos in weight and this ensures the goods are stored for up to 30 days.
