Scope of Services

We require a transportation partner who can handle the weekly distribution of high-volume shipments to various locations within Kenya and Uganda. The selected company will ensure timely and secure delivery to support Fava Herb’s expanding distribution network.

Key Requirements

1. Experience: Proven track record in handling large-scale shipments in the East African region with zero record of corruption.

2. Affordability: Competitive pricing aligned with high-volume needs.

3. Registration & Insurance: Full registration as a transportation company, with comprehensive insurance coverage for vehicles and goods.

4. Fleet Capacity:

• Active fleet of well-maintained trucks.

• Vehicles required include 40ft trucks, 24ft trucks, and a canter for various logistics needs.

5. Corporate Presence: Must have a physical office within Kenya or Uganda.

6. Diversity Commitment: Active inclusion of women in roles across corporate and fleet operations.
